Of course! We love to travel. Travel fees apply but we can work out all those details during booking.  I  like to make it as easy as possible for you. 

Wedding packages - we require a nonrefundable deposit/retainer to hold your wedding date. After that we can break it up as needed.  We prefer check or cash but we can also pay through Venmo/Paypal with an additional tax.  The final payment is due 7 days after wedding date.  

All other sessions- 50% of session total is due at booking to hold the date.  The final payment  is due 7 days after session. 

Rescheduling- We know sometimes life throws us curve balls and things need to change and thats ok!  Rescheduling is always our FIRST/ preferred option.  The deposit/retainer is non refundable but dates can be flexible.  If we are unable to fulfill your desired date change no other payments are required other than the initial deposit. 

Cancellations- As much as we hate to be canceled on we completely understand that sometimes it's the only choice.  The deposit is non refundable and we require cancelations to be made in writing sent via certified mail.  If cancellations happen 30 days or less prior to wedding we require the remaining balance to be paid in full since we will be unable to fill that date. If your state  is in a shutdown, shelter in place, or any other state emergency we understand that you may not be able to cancel within the 30 day window and will not require the remaining amount owed. 

Outfits- We book out timeframes so you can wear 50 outfits if you like!   Have fun with it and don't be afraid to mix it up a bit.

Props- We love props or items that have special meaning! Bring them along.

Champagne- Yes we are ALWAYS down to shake a bottle of champagne!  BYOC *Bring your own champagne.  We recommend at least two bottles. 

Online image galleries-  We create beautiful clean easy to navigate galleries that are mobile-friendly, to highlight your photos on all devices.  You will be able to download, favorite, and share them with friends and family.  All galleries are sent via Pixieset.

*Depending on your wedding package we also offer photos on a personalized USB with a set number of prints sent to your home address in addition to your online Pixieset gallery. 

How many photos will you receive?  There are no limits to Wedding photos and it can range anywhere between 250-2000.  The amount of images depend on the time frame and the package.  A wedding with a smaller timeframe will most likely not receive 2000 photos. 

All other sessions- Depending on the session it can range from 50-500 photos. We are usually pretty generous with the amount we send! 

When will I  receive my images?- Wedding turn around is 4-12 weeks depending on my busy schedule.  I  always send out sneak peeks within a few days of wedding/engagments.  All other sessions are 2-4 week turn around time.

We like to edit very minimally and generally edit color, exposure, contrast, simple background distractions,  and simple face blemishes.  We like to keep our photos as natural and true to the person/day as possible.  

We believe imperfections in a person are what make them beautiful and unique!  Obviously if it's your wedding day and Mr. pimple shows up we are happy to help cover that up but drastic changes to body or self we will not be doing!  Love yourself for who you are! YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL AS IS!

All edits are delivered in high .jpg format and we never send Raws.  Remember you hired us for a reason!  Let us do all the hard work!
